Delivery Costs

• UK: £4.99 Tracked (3-5 working days)
• Europe: £9.99 Tracked (5–7 working days)

Please note:

• Delivery times can vary due to customs or other external delays.
• We ship from the UK. International customers may be charged local taxes or customs fees.
• Orders are processed within [1-3] business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

Returns

We want you to love your order, but if not:

• Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery for refunds or exchanges. Items must be unworn, in original packaging.
• Items with signs of wear can’t be accepted.
• For faulty items, email within 48 hours with your order number and photos. Faults covered if reported within 2 months.
• Email avanihaus@outlook.com with your order number and reason for return to receive the return address.
• Customers cover return shipping unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
• Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
• Please use tracked return shipping—we can’t take responsibility for lost parcels.
• Refunds/exchanges processed within 5–7 business days after we receive your return, refunded to your original payment method.
