Returns

Returns are accepted within 14 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- Unused and in their original condition.
- Packaged in the original box.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases where the product is faulty or damaged upon arrival.

Faulty or Damaged Items

If you believe your item is faulty or has been damaged in transit, please email us at avanihaus@outlook.com within 7 days of delivery with:

A description of the issue.
Clear photos of the item and its packaging.

We will cover the cost of return shipping for verified faulty or damaged items and offer a replacement or full refund.

How to Initiate a Return

Email us at avanihaus@outlook.com with your order number and reason for return.
We’ll provide you with return instructions and the return address.
Once we receive the item, we’ll inspect it and notify you of the refund status.
